Now back on the holiday pay , doesn't it say that 1 must work the day before and the day after a holiday to get paid for the holiday , now technically nobody worked so in theory land air doesn't have to pay. It's a loop hole that spencer can use , it's a scum move but legal.

Not for Salary people. If the company isn't in operation that day it must be paid. Oh yeah, they aren't paying their salary people anyway. I forgot that. You could be right on the hourly, but they still need to pay out the 2016 vacation regardless as that was earned during 2015. Scumbag move is right considering Spencer must have known this wasn't taken care of while he was on vacation the past few weeks. The timing is perfect don't you think. Coincidence?
