Red don't even know how the process works but is an expert on it. Just ask him...
He can't get access to the information.

Google took exactly 0.50 seconds to turn up this one.....

Interesting read, particularly page 6.........I guess maybe you have never been invited to any 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 step meetings?

I guess that counts but in the end the crooked employee who was having those meetings got fired. So what does that tell us? It tells me the employee should have known better than to have secret meetings and got fired for it.

I agree with you, people do dumb stuff, it's human nature, it's everywhere and they should pay the price. The scariest thing about this document is that it is actually a hearing where the union is trying to get his job back after he pulled that nonsense, that paints a pretty good picture in my mind....

Agreed but it takes 2 to tango so Both sides were in the wrong.

You can Google all day and never find the minutes to a grievance hearing kids.

And you can continue to spout the, "been there and done that, so you have to believe everything I say" routine all you want, it is still a somewhat free country (for now).

Seems to me that since no minutes are available, you have no basis of proof either, huh, sir?

I have been part of the process so I do know the way it works.
Their are minutes available just not public information.
Red don't even know who puts on the case from either side. Not that it matters because of the EXPERTS here know all things Teamster from Google .
May I also point out I only have experience in Master freight. All your other Google decisions may be from a different division and they have different contracts and work rules. Apples to Oranges is a phrase you experts use I believe.
Ask your HERO Joe B ? Probably will not respond since the checks been cashed.

You have no idea who my heroes are so any of your commentary about that is as ridiculous as some of the critical thinking skills you continuously display. I never claimed to be an expert of any sort. You seem to want to claim that mantle, but cannot seem to produce much more than a cryptic, "believe me just because I say you should", lacking much in the way of bonafides. You have been a part of the process, great, you probably have something to add to the discussion. But until you have something tangible, I reserve the right to challenge your comments as I see fit.

I took the trash out to the curb today, that doesn't make me a professional waste hauler, nor do I feel it qualifies me to make broad reaching statements about the overall science and art regarding solid waste.

Joint council big rigs too.....
"The state still ranked second-to-last– ahead of only South Carolina..."

"In 2015, 123,000 workers, or 3 percent of those employed, were members of unions"

Wow, you guys must be really desperate to have a party...but come on over, I'm positive we'll have a bigger turnout at my house than they did at the last cookout down at the hall!! :hurt:

Your guys wouldt be included in that count yet. Maybe we'll be down then. My bloods from Hickory. My uncle retired as a UPS Teamster in Charlotte.
I think he can buy half of South Carolina with his pension!
