I just don't understand the cheerleaders being so naïve to put their family's financial futures in jeopardy just to be loyal to a snake oil salesman. Certainly not going to get any brownie points by sticking it out. Don't really understand the logic in it but I guess everybody is motivated in different ways. If LAX was an NFL team, they'd be the Cleveland Browns! It would be one thing if this was just a hiccup for the company but they've been operating as a dysfunctional organization for decades. A lot easier to tell the wife you got done taking the crap and found another job to give the family some stability financially then to try to be a hero for dishonest ownership and management, then show up to work one day only to find the doors locked. Or, as Newburgh found out, go do your deliveries, come back to the shop to be told the doors are closing. Sure, changing jobs can be a bitch, but change can be good.
