I'm a road driver. Never heard of a "Compensation" form. Please explain.
This^^ have no idea what he is talking about.
I'm not familiar with this either unless it's called something else. You mean like filing on a run that you were passed up for?
roog
Way back in the day when I worked at FedEx, all 3 years ago, a compensation form had to be filled out to get reimbursed for food or travel if you had to go fill in at another terminal for more then a day. I don't knew if this is what he's talking about but thought it might help.unless he's talking about the form we have wen our brick/handheld malfunctions and we fill out the form to be compensated for our TO or FUEL or what ever. City folks get it while they are on the clock...
why would a city driver need a compensation form? city drivers gets paid for everything while clocked in, if a city driver doesn't get the run they want they still get paid the same. Why do road drivers have compensation forms and city drivers don't ?

Like when a junior associate is asked to work the dock until they're 12th our while a senior associate is still in the building and never asked even when said associate just asked the supervisor if there is any other duties to perform.why would a city driver need a compensation form? city drivers gets paid for everything while clocked in, if a city driver doesn't get the run they want they still get paid the same.
