Has to be what he is talking about.
Way back in the day when I worked at FedEx, all 3 years ago, a compensation form had to be filled out to get reimbursed for food or travel if you had to go fill in at another terminal for more then a day. I don't knew if this is what he's talking about but thought it might help.

They are not and next time I have to fix it will be the offenders last.
why would a city driver need a compensation form? city drivers gets paid for everything while clocked in, if a city driver doesn't get the run they want they still get paid the same.

Not if someone under them in seniority takes a longer run, that means that person who got the longer run will work longer. The differences in the runs at my center could be 8hours vs 10 which is 2 hours of ot. Sometimes the differences are greater just depends on the day.
Like when a junior associate is asked to work the dock until they're 12th our while a senior associate is still in the building and never asked even when said associate just asked the supervisor if there is any other duties to perform.
