Now we are just awaiting word on when we are locked out.

Problem is, these guys voted more because of poor representation from our union rather than money. Literally fighting over pennies because the union really didn't listen to what they were saying from the start. Now here we are...
 
how long have you been unionized, are your reps new or what.
if its just pennies what about the rest of the package, little things add up
in the long run.

Broad consensus is that our reps didn't listen to our concerns. And were very secretive with info to our members. End result is 300 pissed off employees, and the majority voted to strike mostly out of anger...
 
I'm doing alright. But it doesn't sound to good out there at sysco. I joined a union milk company myself. I hope all is going good for you
