I'm nobody's servant and nobody uses and abuses me and I'm sure you actually feel the same way. Whenever I found myself in a job situation I didn't like I changed the conditions if I could and if I couldn't I left for a better job. Nobody can abuse you unless you let them.

i just dont remember when the took the 15% where it said they would also take 15% from all up coming raises also
 
That's it, I am definitely going to spend an hour each day honing my picketing skills and barrel burning techniques in preparation!!

Step 1 for picketing- make sure you have a wood service to supply the wood ( no unpaid teamster will get any)
Step 2- don't let the sparks front the burning barrel hit the alcohol, massive burns could ensue.
Step 3- be ready to fight, between drunks and politics, it never fails.
Step 4 - picketing is like church, 20% of the people do all the work.
Step 5 ( MOST IMPORTANT )- if you can't affect the economy you will never be called back. The union companies could go on strike tomorrow and not affect anything from an economic standpoint

( THESE ARE THE BIG THINGS I REMEMBER FROM THE 1992 strike ( I think that was the year)

Yeah I agree with you but I truly think that they regard all the employees with disrespect . They have the mind set that is all about them . Nobody matters get what they can and the hell with everyone else .

I think jimmy and jamie are ready for 2019. Why do you think the letters about the high cost of insurance went out? lots will happen prior to 2019.
and don't count on the @#$%^ing union to back us up, they'll be trying to soften us up too. Who needs LTL trucking when you have hotel maids and school bus drivers and flight attendants? Save me a spot by the burn barrel too but if there's any strike it'll be a wildcat.
