I take that he is like most of us & can comprehend what is posted by your fellow employees, only difference he don't wear the rose colored glasses....
I think we are on the right path as a company. There are areas that are having a tougher time than others, that's pretty evident. It's tough to feel that your company is doing well when your barn or region isn't.
Ours was still the same until this passed Wednesday or Thursday. When was the last time you checked it on the computer if changed
Oh I will check with him Monday and the pay change will not be on my check until two weeks . They just changed it last week.

So your XSW run pays 218.5 miles one way?? They cut off 1 1/2 miles each way?
It was paying 220 up and 220 back total 440. Now it pays 219 up and 218 back total 437. Again the change just showed up on the computer Wednesday but management has not said anything.

sound like they are going to a zip code to zip code mileage pay system and stop paying hub mileage.
I'm going to check the runs my barn typically does when I go in tonight. I'm not sure if the mileage changes are on purpose or not. I wouldn't go bashing the company so quick without asking someone in the know. Maybe IT accidentally messed it up mashing systems together.
If they did change it on purpose why didn't they at least tell us? Also, some of the runs are actually a few miles more than what they pay and that can even be verified with the vnomics.

Where I work the mileage changed when we went to elog. .... elog gps's the mileage. .. and we are paid from that .... just a thought. ... not saying this is the case for you guys

I just wish nmp and nhb could get to the xsw reship at nite on time so we still weren't waiting on them at 3:30 to 4:00 in the morning
The greatest thing about you guys is all hell breaks loose when you get screwed out of 3 miles. But you never mention about the hour to hour and a half you steal every single day each and everyone of us. We got a guy out of our barn that was screwed out of 7 miles one week and carried on like a little kindergartner for about a month until he got his money . He is one of the most laziest nonproductive human beings I have ever seen. If you want to know who I'm talking about just check your restrooms . This guy literally spends one half of his entire shift in and out of the restrooms . This is the kind of stuff the handhelds would show if they would only check it. Hopefully when they work out all the kinks this will be on the list

In order for mr Jacobs to hit the targets investors were promised certain things must happen. Either raise revenue from increased business or cut costs. Or both. Which is happening? You can't be like Obama supporters and think money just appears on ur doorstep.
