What's going on with the company lately ? daily operations seem to be spirally out of control lately ?
Work is ramping up in AK. Bill count up almost 10%, but still closing the outbound by 930 - 10pm. Sometimes earlier.

MI is absolutely out of control, Can't speak for the inbound shift, but we lost 2 off the closing shift, going dark at 12-1 am, with 800-1000 bills, 11pm looks like 5 pm, dock looks like downtown Beirut, outbound boss is absofinglutely incompetent. road guys can't find a seat in the breakroom while they wait and wait and wait, Yup the Holland way, ohh and OT is running around 40-45%, vacations haven't even started. But we have had a lot more write ups, so that'll get the freight moving.
Think that red stripe is left over from the 1st company that owned the trailer as it is a used re branded one ??

Based on the posts that I read on this site, Holland should become a member of the group of LTL companies that pick-up and deliver their freight on time.
Ok , didn't know they bought any new ones with the small holes along the top .
Yeah all the new ones have tin roofs with peep holes along the top. Starting with the 515 series

Here WAS a somewhat new one. Lol
yrc-atm I am going to ask you this question but anyone can jump in and answer it. I had to kick freight Saturday night in MI and I don't have a lot of experience with those forklifts that use the big tanks for fuel. When you fire them up after they have been sitting do they always idle super fast for about five minutes before the idle drops down and they become safe to drive? Can you explain this to me. Thanks!
