Rear-end collision in Columbia this morning. Everyone's okay, but it made me wonder how often this happens across the system. Anyone have any stories?

July 2, 2015 Ringgold GA (Chattanooga terminal), van driver ran stop light and got hit by an SUV. I was in the rear passenger seat, got knocked into the door and per Holland Safety I was sent to hospital. Needless to say, case is in litigation now waiting on payment of medical bills, lost time, and whatever else the lawyer can get me

Surprised it doesn't happen more often. I remember hearing the loony gal in DA that drives in the evening got broadsided in the car, taking a couple guys back

I'm just waiting for it. I plan on laying there like I got shot in the spine, claiming I can't work, due to post traumatic stress.

So would that be Work Comp. if you got hurt ???
So yeah, Workers Comp paid the bill May 15, 2016. ALMOST a year later, said in the beginning since I was in the shuttle heading to hotel, Holland is liable for my safety and therefore their Workers Comp had to foot the bill. However, my atty is seeking reimbursement for Workers Comp cause they paid a bill that should have never gone to hem anyway since it was the van drivers fault (A bunch of BS really). My Atty is working with WC to get their money back as well as getting me paid for lost wages and pain and suffering (I suffered a concussion and was cushioned home that night cause I "was a risk")

There was a road driver out of Louisville years ago that was in a motel van that stopped by roadway terminal to pick some one up and the yard horse plowed into the motel van and messed him up pretty bad,He was payed some major bucks out of all that. He bought several truck stops in KY and IN, he has since past away and his kids sold all of them! That was around 25 years ago that this happened! The first thing The yard horse driver said when he hit the van was that he had been telling them for several weeks that the yard horse didn't have any brakes?? That's the way the story goes anyway, being that long ago I'm sure it has been added to along the way.

He's just trying to put Hajji out of business.

Being immigrants from third world countries, they should only get what we allow them to have. I was at the great America's Best Value Inn, Ellenwood Georgia. That scumbag owner was complaining how certain drivers don't show respect.

My opinion is they want respect..... go back to curry village.

I'm sure he had his .45 caliber on his side at the time.
