Good for ABF...FedEx pilots had 100% participation and it took negotiations 4 years to reach a contract!!

Short notice? It doesn't take long to tell 10 drivers at EPH to come out in the morning to do a photo op. EPH is a small center so I guarantee you they know who voted for the union and nobody has been fired for it. Those that got fired at CIN fired themselves and not because they were for the union either. Hugh turnouts leading up to the election? Yea it was about 10 EPH drivers and the rest were people from different teamster companies and people from the union hall.

They been cheering the start of the negotiations for a week, so they thought they could have a big rally before negotiations started and it turned out to be a failure.

They only thing the union probably talked about was how much they gonna such outta your paychecks every month if they had anything important they actually discussed for the drivers someone would be saying something right now

If they won the election, why would negotiations never happen?? That just doesn't make sense.
I'm still waiting to see "who" said it, they keep saying "they" or "some" but have no proof of anybody actually saying it which I why I say the pro/union crowd made it up just to claim another victory.

All they did was negotiate the negotiations...set the ground rules, parameters, etc..., either way the one year clock has started!!

Kudos for him, I obviously missed that one or I would've corrected him.
Again, every center that won their election also won the right to negotiate. I remember most saying it wouldn't be anytime soon (as in years) but I don't recall anyone saying "never".
I do recall the pro-union guys in CLT claiming almost every month that they'd be "negotiating soon" and when it didn't happen, even they gave up on their robo calls.
