I agree. ... I think the worst that could happen is you will have to pay the penalty taxes on the money .... I'm not a 401 money expert so.... just a opinion

I agree with you on the fact that it's my 401k and no there is nothing else deeper only that I lied about the way I was taking the money out so that's why they fired me

Well Carl ,you put it out there not me, if you were looking for sympathy for being less than honest you are not on the correct forum. However if you would care to expand on you're less than telling explanation of why you were fired perhaps maybe a little sympathy will come your way, but no promises.

I was letting you guys know how this company treats drivers I was in no way looking for sympathy I have moved on to a better job but that's why I came on here to let you drivers know to be careful out there because this company don't care about you
