Yes, moderators have the ability to ban people. Some think others should be banned and we don't feel it's called for, others get banned when they think they shouldn't. Then are those who demonstrate a lack of respect for a moderator and even go out of their way to disrespect a moderator. Then they cry when they get the boot. Most users who get banned come back under a different user name and think that we can't/won't notice. But when you know a member it is not hard to identify their demeanor under a new user name. As far as posting goes I am just another member here and I am not always right, but I do my best to remain silent rather than be wrong.

You are doing ok. I don't see or hear a bunch of people breaking down the door to moderate. Maybe it takes up to much of their free time. von.
 
Von you are spot on, it does take a lot of time. The hard part is trying to remain impartial and not take sides one way or another. It is a Mods job not to censor someone or not to delete a post because it goes against your point of view. On the other hand you cannot let someone disrupt the whole forum. But if you interpolate yourself in a conversation you must be ready for a difference in opinion from other posters. Some you will agree with some you won’t. Based on that if you delete post because you don’t agree or because it displays you in an unfavorable light is a certain type of censorship. You know censorship of ideas or images or words is wrong and should never be allowed. A good Mod knows this and will refrain from doing this; he will remain reserved in that case. I respect the job of a Mod because it is not easy.

I ask where someone is and you come back with a thin ice comment. I have been busy and wondered where Docker has been.

I don't come here a lot because it has become kind of boring. At one time the abf Forum was a hopping place. And people like Docker was s big reason for that'. Now someone ask where he is and you see that grounds for banning me. I won't worry about you being the one silencing my voice.

I have not done anything wrong for you to post such a dumb post. Grow up. YOUR DISAPPOINTED BROTHER ALWAYS!

Muler, I would not go airing dirty laundry but since you've put a load on the line it's out there. You know where Docker is, you can call him and probably talk to him every day. If you want boring hang out at your site, that's boring and is why Docker was over here on an alias. You didn't come looking for Docker, you came looking for trouble. You used to be a respectable upstanding guy willing to help people but since our sham of a contract went through something has happened to you, you have gone over the edge. Why would you ask us where Docker is? If it looks like ::shit:: and smells like ::shit:: it's probably ::shit::.

You have really lost it. Show the post where I have gone. I unlike you help Tesmsters everyday all across the country. Like I did for you. But now I see you are ungrateful and respectiful. Your a mod not GOD. I am the same person I have always been. I have post nothing over the edge.Now you want to start a argument to try and help your forum. BORING.
