Found out this week Sysco is losing its biggest account here in Buffalo. It's not looking promising for us on the bottom of the seniority list. I'd prefer to keep my health insurance through the teamsters. Just looking for some insight into the Buffalo terminal if anyone has any. I've p&d before so I know the job just curious if I should try New Penn instead. Both are hiring now.

Just depends on the color of the truck you like, orange or green

Both are driver dock locations. New Penn will be on call with late start time with lots of dock. Holland you will start probably at 11:30 am and load a peddle then hit the street. You will come back and suit up for the dock until everything is loaded. Lots of hours. You will drive a old beat up Sterling. Both locations are part of the 15% pay cut and only 1/4 pension credit.

Thanks for the information. Gonna sit down and relax for a few days then decide.

They are still good jobs brother, yrc,new penn, holland,it's only gonna be what you make of it,regardless of the nonsense you hear, you can come and be miserable, which some choose to do,or just roll with it,don't think you will find to many folks that are thrilled of the whole Yrc thing, but it is what is,and you can still do ok here, and it's still better than most jobs in this industry, seems people who never worked here seem to judge a job they never had here, kind of ironic, wish you the best in whatever choice you make

Truly appreciate your insight on this. The insurance for my family is the main reason I went for my current job.
