which is why, LISTENING to updated weather and road reports becomes so important, in winter months.

now too, i have to ask, why wasn't the road treated BEFORE the storm hit..??

here, the crews go out the DAY before and treat the roads, as well as the day of the storm, HOURS before it strikes...

seems to me, someone is lacking in responsibility to the motoring public in that area.
