That 401k is being taken out for you though, not for the benefit of the company and they match 4% of what you contribute. Can't argue on the insurance though. For a single person like myself insurance cost nearly nothing but I know family plans get much more costly.

Not so sure ,the regional carriers are doing well,although being under the Yrc flag,they run separate, worst case is they get sold off,the regionals operated at a 95.3,not bad,if you were thinking about coming on board, its still a good job,with a lot of good people, the doom and gloom folks will always be here,but you notice,they don't quit and continue to work here, read between the lines,best of luck in your decision,

No the majority of the people voted for the reduction. Unfortunately we have people who can't accept the truth. I hear you can get a good deal on Kleenex to wipe the tears away.

We pay more than that, go back and take a look at how much of the $5.00 raise was allocated to the health and welfare fund and how much went to our wages on the last MOU.

Yep , it's to funny because ever one of them trailer's has been redesigned ,by disgruntled employee artist's ! and because it's all LIE'S ,we pay for it with -15% and -75% reduction in pension and - week's vacation time !

In about ten years its gonna be 100% reduction. Thats why I bailed after 15 yrs. After the last contract I said if I dont get at least one of the two back (meaning the pay or the pension) im outta here.
