So has any one used this app yet. I tried it once just to see what's up with it. I does show weightson the app itself but then once you get out of the app can't go back to them. It does email the receipt which the actual scale ticket but cant print from phone. You can get the copy inside though which defeats the purpose. The one up side of the app I see is when we can't use the com data card like at smaller stores. I really don't want to use my data on my phone as it gets expensive. so what do you all think

Love the app. Been using it for several months. I just email receipts to FLL to print off and turn in. 4 minutes off and back on interstate weighing at Love's in Marion, NC.

Please explain to me how this works, download the app and then what happens when I roll onto the Cat Scale.

I believe they have to email the link to download the app. But after you have it you accept the cat scale location if it wrong you put the number on the scale.
then load, truck, trailer and freight type. usually just leave it as mixed. after that it say charge $11 and accept it. Now you wait for the scale person to accept as well and it shows you your weights. After a few seconds it will email your receipt just like the one you get inside. And that's it. I have never emailed anything to anyone. It does take about 5 minutes of not more if they're busy. Real benefit is when the don't accept the com data card like at smaller stores then you don't have to pay. I don't use it as much because I think it's faster to go inside.

Ok, thanks. I tried to use my Comdats card and it rejected it. I think it was because he didn't put a T before my truck number.

I don't have a fleet manager but we are asked to pay and turn in a reimbursement request, but I would much rather use my Comdata card. I told the attendant my truck number that included a T, he just failed to enter it. Knx's scale is out of order and we have to scale offsite now. I had a big biller LTL last week that showed 47,800, after weighing it I was grossing 78,800 and it was perfect. My truck and trailer weigh 30,000 lbs empty, so to load a 48,800 LTL to ride legally was amazing.

The ap is awesome!!! No more receipts and I set it up so that my dispatcher gets a copy as soon as I scale. This is saving me a lot of time. Don't worry about the receipt as long as you set your dispatcher up to get a copy. Thumbs up on this one!!!
