That is great news. I hope your lawyer doesn't have to enter into a settlement agreement like we did with Red Star. After 9 years you should be entitled to every penny plus legal fees and interest.

Agree Crystal, when st.johnsbury went out we basicly got a dime on the dollar for vacation money owed, that took about 6 months
 
Back to bankruptcy court on June 13th for hearing after Supreme Court decision most likely on how to disperse the money in the decision and who gets what
