Just another head's up.If you go out for surgery and you have to take the Agility Test before returning. Please make sure you get a copy of test and be prepared for it.Call Corp. Office and ask for a copy.Hear of so many who fail test and they had no clue what it was all about till it was to late.If you fail it's 30-45 days before you can retake and you have been released by your doctor so your disability has stopped. Alway's private message if you need a contact to get info.

Yeah 2 years ago i had no idea it was coming for me. Luckily I passed test though. Was tough IMO for a being a driver . harder than anything I've ever done working here that's 4 sure

So, what's the purpose behind this test? Surely a doctor releasing you for full duty should be enough, not to mention a completed course of prescribed physical therapy.

I was out in 2012 with neck surgery and at that time there was no test.Just return letter from Doctor returning me to full duty with no restriction's.

Stepped in pothole in old San Antonio terminal in 06, sprained knee, off 2 days with anti inflammatory meds and rehab. Did a agility test to return on 3rd day, duck walk length of hallway. Doc commented " See you are red face and believe in pain, yet you passed, if you want to return" Ok, after 09 layoffs, returned for rehire, was honest, told of previous injury they already knew, worked on that leg for 3 years, no issue, still had to do an agility test, delayed rehire by 10 days.

With Worker's Comp and any pre hire injury that was posted on your application .OD has required a Agility Test before returning. It was more crawling and climbing a believe than all the lifting with the Agility Test

No difference. If OD say's you must take test to return. Not all type's of injury's or surgery's require a agility test to be able to return.
I heard the agility test was actually called the BillyLo Big Rig Evaluation... They have you walk down the hallway, with a cup of kook aid on your head, and you have to pee in a bottle, while you walk and balance the cup for 20 feet? If you spill either, you fail....
