You know what kills me is to see employees sitting here under fake names bashing the company that pays them pretty good money to do a job. Its not even a hard job.
Ive been here 3 years and love it but if u complain and hide then straight coming forward speaking ur mind what gets solved not a dam thing if u hate it leave people with negitive attitudes is what brings company morale down
Therminal i work out of new carlisle is a pretty dam good one but thats my opinion so quit hiding like a coward and speak up not behind false names i

Says the person hiding behind a false name? Everyone here is welcome to post their feelings or gripes. This is not an official page, but several in Wilmington in the high ups do come here and read. Is it not a good thing that they see that there might be issues at some locations? My rules for this page are simple, don't come in here as an employee from another company and disparage R+L and don't disparage others. Keep to the rules.

My real name is g naegele i dont hide who i am or my feelings if ur mad at what i said and want to hide as you bitch about the company who pays ur bills u are more then welcome to block me

I don't hide anything. I might have a name that isn't my given in my profile but unlike you, I told Jeff and Robbie exactly who I was on here. Have you done that? Yeah, didn't think so. I have nothing to hide. Everyone will tell you here, I don't allow flaming the company on here but if you have a gripe, this is a good place to get it out of your system, and maybe the upper management might see it if they're interested. Ive had people on here before like you. World was so perfect around them at their service center. That is until it isn't so perfect anymore, then they are right there complaining with the others. You haven't done anything to warrant blocking but I will warn you, it is everyones right, within the rule of this board to speak freely, and you don't have any right to say otherwise. Enjoy your time here at Truckingboards and work on getting that stick out of your ass.

Jeff does know who i am hence my name and its not perfect at our terminal but its way better then other past companies ive worked for. Every company has pro and con if con out weigh pro then that company may not be for u if u dont like a place why work there. Our terminal manager has always worked with me if i had a good arguement if i whined about work i would lose cause thats what im there to do i dont kiss ass i dont suck up I do my job for me to make a pay check to support my family but nothing gets solved talking ::shit:: on the internet about ur company that just pisses them off go to them like men and they will treat u like men. Everyone says our terminal manager is out for his bonuses but if you fact check he's only on one bonus right now and that one's going to be taking away soon as he's fully staffed so he does what he does for money just like we do we get up every morning go to work for a paycheck that's what everybody else in this company does except for the owners and that's because they work their asses off to get where they are
