Apply for the job. You get what you ask for as far as jobs go. If you want t make that kind of money you are free to pursue that career. If you want to drive a truck then you won't get that kind of compensation.

Don't disagree, every company has leaders and workers. The salaries for each level is comparable to industry standard. If it wasn't the leaders would go elsewhere. No different than the workers, they would go else where if industry paid more.

Can't blame the doers for working hard and getting those spots. There are no limits to any position, bust your butt and have a positive attitude and anyone can become a leader. Don't sit back and hate cause you can't or don't want to.

If you guys want the perks of the uppers why don't you apply for the position? They give 24 hours a day to the company and do alot more than I ever want to do.
I think the work load was more on the lower mgt. Than the upper V P"S , President , etc.
I can't speak for XPO, now, know that Old J Hickerson went home at 5:00 every day , no matter what.. This is according to someone who worked at the G. O. Then. Not a bad gig , make all the bad decisions you want and take home a pot of money.

That was before top management in Palo Alto changed (remember Palo Alto?). Hickerson was smart enough to get out of the company while things were still good.

How are the benefit packages now? Seems like there are less upper management walking around.

XPO is the fastest growing company in the transportation sector. What about the compensation and benefits?

Sounds like a real company man right there...

No pension just stock options which are more lucrative at this point in the build up. They will have to know the right time to excersise them to come out ahead.

Are the lowest level supervisors being offered stock? At what level do you begin to receive the stock options?
