Thats ok keep the -15% , But then they can just give us $2.00 hour in 2019 and $1 buck a year every year after without taking -15 out of the $1 buck raise yearly then and add a weeks vacation time in and add a MATCHING 401-K ,and dump CSPF !!Question.....do you think the fifteen percent still exists anywhere except in drivers memory? IMO anyone who thinks we are getting the fifteen percent back in 19 lives in a fantasy world....if you are waiting for that you might as well retire or switch companies or you are going to be very disappointed.....IMO.
