Thats ok keep the -15% , But then they can just give us $2.00 hour in 2019 and $1 buck a year every year after without taking -15 out of the $1 buck raise yearly then and add a weeks vacation time in and add a MATCHING 401-K ,and dump CSPF !!

i dont smoke but from what i have seen they last up to maybe 45 mins actually, it can seem like forever. i would like to see a 401k with a matching component and a modest raise of around 50-60 cents,signing bonus and yearly raise of around 32 cents.. i dont expect a miracle in 2019, this company wont bear it with the amount of debt there is.

OMG To Funny , where the hell are they then ?? can't even get anyone to apply , so going to truck driving schools to get them !! and if so many want my job , then WHY are we missing pick ups & Dels daily because of shortage of driver's ??? Smoke breaks are more like 20 mins and 2 times a hour !! and best ones are the ones that could punch out & go home ,but stand on O.T. in driver's room and B.S. for up to a HOUR , before finally punching out !! Clock Milking or new phrase is , "TIME MANAGEMENT" people are getting up to 10 extra hours a week of O.T. using this new skill !! Oh , wait I gotta go have a smoke be right back in 20 to 30 mins !!
why thank you.....super trucker......makes me feel kind of important! They are starting to find them, I see them every night, some are pretty bad but others are actually half way descent. Remember even though Holland is not the great job it use to be it is still better than many. I was just talking to a newer guy the other night that said he doubled his weekly paycheck by coming here.

Looking back on the history of all those companies that made promises of repaying the 15% givebacks through company stocks issued to them (which could not be cashed until a much later date), in order to get the company to "just get over the rough spots" and survive............then they closed without notice, ususally overnight...............those promisary notes, stock certificates also became only useful as toilet paper.
Looking back at THAT past history of countless other company's lies, history has a way of repeating itself.
I would say YRCW is, has and will continue to lie right up until the day (or night) they decide to shut the doors without prior notice. They will continue to claim everything is going just fine right up till that announcement, giving nobody a chance to "dump" any stocks they DO have n the company.
I should say "nobody except" the insiders at YRCW that hold thousands of shares. They will dump their shares just before the announcement, saving themselves millions.
Bottom line to your question is, "Yes they would and have been and will continue to lie" YOU are considered expendable, just a number on the spread sheet.

Our weights and measures guy did not get a bonus last year because he was told "He was not a supervisor". Only supers can write you up, if yours is a super I will let our W&R guy know they screwed him out of his bonus. Win-win
