TForce | 2018 contract

So what have we learned in the two previous contracts that we really need to negotiate into the next one?

I know they manufacture gray areas of our contract from the white areas.

Increase in pay, better insurance coverage cost, match the 401K, restrictive language on contractors and increase in discretionary days.

Met with my TM yesterday oh the tears are already flowing. We're not making any money y'all need to take concessions blah blah blah. It's always the driver's fault not mangment. If they'd stop doing stupid crap and missing pickups and it's the coustomer who wasn't ready

Seriously, talking concessions. Okay, so lets treat our customers like crap, charge them for us not following there close times even though we have been delivering to them since before we became UPS and never had a problem. Damage there freight daily and never take responsibility for our short comings due to using less dock workers to save a penny in labor. Miss pickups because our plan calls for so many drivers to be used due to deliveries but lets forget we do more business outbound then inbound and decide not to break those trailers because we don't want to use all of our line haul trucks that day to save money? Is this about right on taking concessions? Tell your manager we all ready are, we aren't servicing our customers due to the concessions they already make us take.
