All the dispatchers in Indy should be fired. Calling guys out of bed to sit 2-4 hours waiting on a hook is dumb and a waste of man power.

bigtruk, I would hardly call Mary, the waitress at the truck stop, a "reliable source".
Why not?

It's like that all over. Nashville's known for it.
Aw c'mon. Dispatchers are lonely people. They just call em in early to have someone to talk to in the middle of the night.
Have some compassion for the people that realize that they think.... "think".... That They know what they are doing.
They have only been let go at least once by Yellow. Roadway and even YRC.
They are struggling. Give em a break. :17142:

So are you saying many of your dispatchers are in the dark?

So if a dispatcher calls a load when it is closed and it takes a switcher 2 hours to string it and the lane 2 hours to fix it does that make the dispatcher the dumb ass? That's what the road men tell us happens every afternoon when they show up with 15 accelerated shipments that should have been in by 0800.
