The negotiations went very well and were productive. We have a meeting this weekend to cover all that was negotiated and discuss points covered . Those that attended negotiations where happy with the progress made.

Get it in writing on the transfer. Someone in management doesn't like you, & you find out after the transfer there is no work, well, get in writing that you can return or move on to another terminal. If you don't they can do anything they want & you have no recourse. von.
Yea like that will stop them from doing what ever they want, your always at their mercy unless you take matters in your own hands, your confusing these people with someone that has integrity or values!

You mean XPO would not sign a piece of paper for you stating they guarantee you work if you transfer, and abide by it??? Even if you ask them, real nice???
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Just further evidence GOP is no friend of the working class.
This bill won't pass the senate. The Republicans would need 8 Democratics to vote with them.
This is why it's so important to support unions because corporations have their hands so far up the politicians skirts to manipulate them into passing bills like this. The GOP is out to desamate the working class.

I read another story about this bill that said the PTO would be offered as an option and the employee had the final say as to take it as PTO or OT pay.
I had read that time and half pay my not equal in that time off if taken giving the employer a savings if that option is taking.
Another words one and half hours may equal 1 hr in paid time
Well then take the O/T. It's not that hard of an equation but at least now you would have a choice of pay or more time off. Good God man. You've got freaking Goldilocks syndrome

I'm not going to debate it with you but if you not given equal amount of time for the time and half than your being shortchanged. Its another way to give employers a way of circumventing overtime.
I don't see working in our industry even it where to pass. Nuff said.

Tell the whole truth. Many more funds than CSPF are under water. CSPF is simply the largest that effects the most people. There are examples of funds that have done well. But that doesn't excuse the " frak them, I got mine " attitude of those participants in funds that have been successful in turning their backs on their so called " brothers and sisters " that are losing or have lost their retirement.

Don't want to hire into ABF now. The senior guys keep negotiating and voting themselves benefits at the expense of the new hires. And you new hires will never see the senior tier wages.
