SAIA | Saia has lost overall 100+ driver

As my kid says on her posts about her friends when they get stupid......
OMG......I'm sure Train can't be management and give out that information. His "stringpullers" would have a stroke.

Give train some time and he comes back with an answer. Thank You. There is one metric, whereby everyone can judge for themselves, if the camera situation is causing drivers to leave. The camera debate has been going on for awhile. Three months ago the company made it a point, to take time at the last quarterly meetings and before that sent postcards home to the missus, to reassure everyone that the cameras are there for the drivers protection. The next round of quarterly meetings should be held in the next few weeks. If there is a problem, the company will address the issue again, meaning that the situation just will not die. Let's see.

I won't sugar coat this. Tulsa is having some serious issues. Can't say it's a direct result of DriveCam but I can't say it isn't either. Rider did he tell you it was because of DriveCam?

Yea he said they nick picking. His words. It ain't systems guys or guys that's been here 1 or 2yrs we talking about at these barns we losing. It's guys that's top 5 or top 8 driver at that particular terminals

Many of the senior guys won't ride with trainers that have less driving experience than them. It's a pride thing. Many will just walk away. I hate to see that. Let's move to private only "Rider" .... Please.
