Time for the company to do the right thing, everyone has made enough sacrifices and continue to do so,we honored our end in good faith, time for Yrcw,to do the same,it's up to all of us to hold them to that,so let's not buy into the threats, they are all laughing at us,time to stand up to the big bully,we want what's fair,we deserve it,our families deserve it,we need to stick together, strength in numbers, let's make 2019 a proud time to be a teamster, we as members have to be a voice that is heard,it's up to everyone of us to say enough is enough, be loud ...be proud, let's be heard ,....shame on us if we don't

As I understand it the newly minted veepees representing Teamster United have noted their displeasure and disdain for the current mou language and other contract issues that all of our members throughout the ltl industry concur with especially pertaining to YRC and their management's behavior.we may not have a new sheriff in town but we do have a strong Cadre of deputies that are standing with our members.

I was listening to wlw last night and heard a steward from Pennsylvania I believe discuss what all was discussed at the ceremonies in Las Vegas.Rather heated discussion in Las Vegas as I understand. What's the song by Quiet Riot?"We ain't going to take it anymore"?Sounds fitting

Time to let the teamster leadership and Yrc leadership, save your breath we are not interested in what you have to say,go cry poor to someone else, time for them to make the hard choice, take your bullshit down the street,

There are going to be unhappy people no matter what happens in the next 2 years. When you have senior management people running the operations with procedures from 30 years ago, and labor not wanting to accept change to be able to compete against fierce competition, nothing is going to improve. Especially profits.

True.
We are antiquated.
Some are willing to step up and change(I am one) but most aren't.
We are being run over and passed by the competition.
No doubt.
Very well said. Short. I'd say sweet. But I don't know you personally. Lol.

Though you may be right, I would like to point out that the first quarter was an absolute bloodbath of DNA’s and missed pickups – The first quarter!

This company survives only because of the hard work of some very experienced people - people that were hired under far superior economic conditions. When these people are gone - it’s over; there aren't enough people that want to do the job at the current rate.

If the price of tires quadrupled overnight, I’m sure they would figure out a way to deal with the added expense without going out of business; this is what they are going to need to do if they want to stay in business going forward.

I agree10 years is long enough, don't want a strike but if that what it takes so be it. YRCW management start taking care of your employee's and they will take more pride in their work, it is just common scense .Ya I know they do not have any.
