SAIA | Wage increase

Our terminal manager tried telling us he was able to get us such a big increase because of our safety award and because the cameras made us so much safer. He truly thinks we are all that stupid...

They are so proud of the cameras yet they wait to tell new hires about them till they are punching I. To watch their training videos. Why not during the interview process?

Your terminal manager should probably start wearing boots from all the BS they are talking

No official word on raises yet. Train isn't about all of the drama posted in this thread. Train is about the money.

It's official !!! Dallas got 77 cents. Putting us from 25.40 ... To 26.17. Starting July 6th. Not sure on linehaul, probably 2-3 cpm. Will let you know later. Also not sure what the North has received. I will find out later as well.

It's official ... Dallas got 2 cpm. From 62 to 64 ... Although I did here this from a linehaul driver and not in the official P&D meeting. Linehaul drivers have been known to not be a reliable source. The North probably got a much better increase.

Your not giving up those $1600-1700 gross checks a week to go to the bottom of the city board. Nope, not buying it Rider. Your the top system driver and could get a sweet run if you wanted it.

Let me add that $1600-1700 are low mile weeks for the Rider. That's why he's known as Renegade(Cash Money)Rider here in Texas. Everytime we see him he's got a pocket full of Cash Money.

Time & a half after 45? You can do better than that with just about any other trucking company. von.
Name one non-union LTL company that's better. OD is after 60 ....At $26.17hr. plus OT after 45 I have no complaints in Dallas. The Philly region is in the 28hr. range.
