The company chooses not to be hit with a ULP for "attempting to coerce" their employees just for simply having a meeting...nice try though.

So the company cant have pre shift without trying to "coerce" its drivers? Good stuff you never fail to come up with a bs response.
 
KCY eliminating night time meets with CGX and CGT, moving one to daytime meet, other goes to a daytime meet with Dayton, OH. ** One KCY driver can transfer to STL.

Also starting triples from KCY to Wichita (WTK) hub operations. Due to the triples routing, mandatory dock work moves to optional dock work on nighttime hub operations.

Overflow usage of triples in KCY-OKC meet (currently 2 bids).

Eliminating meets with Stratford, TX (SFT, which is a relay yard only, no dock) in Great Bend, KS (GBD) and moving them back to Pratt, KS (PRKS). Our meet point at PRKS changed owners and was torn down and rebuilt, so these are runs we had before but had to meet temporarily at GBD terminal until it was done. This took over a year to complete. Nice new Love's truckstop awaits.

Triples added to daytime SFT meets, drivers will pull triples to WTK, drop one and continue to SFT. Relay from SFT back to WTK and triple back to KCY.

Sounded good until I got to the part where you said, "a nice new Love's truckstop awaits"....30 mins to get into the parking lot, 30 mins to get out, good luck!!
 
We have lots of room here in Kansas, heck the entire rear of this property is a street and there are 3 other access points. Grab them gears!

Here on the east coast the Love's are one way in and the same way out...it's grab them brakes and wait awhile because some drivers never learned how to back!! Heck, most of them can't go forward either!!
