Earlier today I was talking to old friend that now works in Richmond ... he told me that the Estes real estate division has made an offer to purchase the starlight motel which is on joliet rd north of the terminal about one mile .. he also told me that they were going to remodel it with cold weather hook ups and a full kitchen. I just thought you guys would like to know this ..

Why? Is the new joilet terminal a go? That's crazy.
