Correct...for every accident/incident you have you accumulate, pile on/stack points but those points also fall off over a period of time, you don't just accumulate forever.
It's no different than our current policies, we just don't use the points system.
I was referring to piling on points for each accident. I can't recall the specifics but there things that added up would send you down the road the first time.

It was made clear in the meeting that I attended that a first time accident, regardless of the points value, would NOT cost you your job...however, you would basically be on "probation" until the points dropped off.
 
Maybe they were posted and I missed them, but what are the voting windows for tomorrow's election?

Worth mentioning the notice at the top of the T/B page:

"Server Upgrade/Migration 07/07/17 Downtime is expected to be an hour or less"

Unless the Upgrade/Migration is completed early in the day, we might need to visit one of the alternate sources for updates...
