When this all turns to :::shit::: !!
Right to bid back to your previous terminal and job .
Lol.
TM looked so confused trying to explain it.
I see a huge cluster duck coming up. And they still will be late with product.
Isn't this what it's supposed to be what it's all about?
Uncloggjng the existing DC's? And moving the freight.
This should be "poof" an instant fix.

Not really addressing 3 issues here in my view.1) No drivers to move freight . 2) We do not have enough tractors to move said existing or new potential freight.3) You need to bring everyone to top rate not a 2 tier P&D system like now!. Lastly the company is really making no effort to boost wages to even to attract new blood. Yes I know there is a shortage but people see our current P&D fleet and wage and that is a big detractor!!

They can't move what they have now on time..
True.

And true.

Our tm says they are giving incentives to new hires. Money bonus I would guess. But that's not the answer. They need to focus on what people they have and quit treating us like idiots.
We run on common sense (most). They run on numbers. Something has to overtake the other.
Numbers will always be. But they also have to do what we ask. After all. We have the experience in the field. We know what up. And how to do it.

the way I read part of this coo is.. Tampa Bay Fl is going to have so much freight starting in October, that even with Atlanta ,Charlotte and Jackson running in there with meets ,laydowns and sleeper teams..that Tampa is still going to need utility drivers to go to Orlando to pick up the rest of there freight! So much Florida freight that ...Just get the freight to Orlando and we will sort it out there!! LOL

You forgot oyster shells going to egg farms in Gainesville Ga, big profits I'm sure.
Tobacco, hauled in open top trailers, delivered by line drivers who only wait 12 to 15 hrs for unloading, out of hrs,go to bed.
I can see the bucks rolling in, Wong will be getting his 15% back in no time.
You guys will have so much money, Big Dave will be looking for a new team.
