Can you guys explain the wellness plan? I don't have to do it until next year and they danced around it at orientation so I wanna know what what they make us do.

It's not bad. There is an online questionnaire you take, then you print a form to have your blood work done at lab corp- as long as you bring the form it's free. You also do 3 preventive cares- flu shot, Denise check up, eye exam, physical and etc. you the just add the dates you did the stuff to the wellness site. Your spouse would also have to do it if on our plan but not kids

Are all of the dr exams out of pocket or reimbursed? Sounds like it can get kinda costly.

My wellness plan includes lots of beer, bacon and butter, I call it the 'Triple B'.

For dental, it's a copay , for Doctor copay, or your DOT Phy counts also
