Heard starting next Monday 8/14. All drivers/combo men who are not at full scale will be bumped up to it. Any new employee after his or her probation will go to full scale. Rumor but a very reliable source.

Yes next week us new drivers go to full scale. I was told it's day 1 not after 30 days.
 
What about my partner and I? Do we get our 15 back to full scale??
No, but your issue should be with the one that voted yes on the 2 pay givebacks, and yes on the contract extensions not us new guys. We came on knowing the progression and accepted it and the job. We just are going to your pay not more. Yes it's not right ,but what should we do give it back to yrc?

I can't believe what a deal Walmart gave me, after just working 2 days I am over 75 employees.
What a great country, standing on this ladder, replacing light bulbs, I see at least 75 people working under me.

My problem is with all these new hires with 10 miles of driving experience. These new hires that are so ****ing lazy and entitled that we have to hire yet another lazy and entitled 10 mile driver just to equal one. My problem is with these new hires who get into an accident in their first 30 days and the company just gives them another 30. My problem is with these new hires who rarely come to work, get disciplined for absenteeism, and then cry to the union that they are being picked on. Maybe you dont fit this bill or at least dont think you do, but 8 out of 10 new hires at my barn do. So no they dont deserve to go to scale. But this bottom feeding company will hire anything with a pulse and a face for the ID.
