they will lobby each and every trucking company thru the ATA and other organisms....
 
What about these D.O.T. Testing facilities?
Maybe they'll "go along to get along" or decide it's in "their best interest" to do what they have been doing: implementing their own rules until ordered to concede therein still affecting drivers with effective yet pointless "medical" assaults.
Just some cogitating.

I've heard they are leaving the decision up to the dot doctor as to whether or not they feel you need a sleep study. So instead of criteria deciding the doc gets to decide.

noooo.....it WILL NOT BE OK for the doctors to "decide", they are ALREADY DECIDING THIS......

hell, the place i USED to go to before my debilitating injury..???

the doctor was ordering apnea tests when there was ONLY TALK about passing that, over 6 years ago...>!!!!!!!!!

I think they are saying it won't be mandatory in Trucking but it's an option to all who may need it
