That's what the company claims, but as usual the devil is in the details. The 8 new DC are the huge gain for the company. They can only run PTS to DC (distribution centers). Now they have 8 brand new lanes wide open. Since they are new ,maybe 10 drivers per new DC, road drivers are going to be ***** !
 
Adding 12 driver's to 455..why?No new runs have been created and those 12 are not following their work.As far as I'm concerned the company is in breach every single week running over existing terminals at will and it's costing a lot in grievances each week but yet the company still violates the mou.Why a change if the company is doing what they want anyway unabated.Plus with the existing system the company has paid down an enormous amount of debt just in 18months they have reduced the debt to 640million dollars.Why fix anything if it's surely making money and proven to make money?

The company has NOT reduced its debt to $640 million, that was one loan that was due in 2019. They are still just under 1 billion in debt.
