I was in the right lane at Fort Collins this morning. 65 mph, I25 Northbound. This thing al posted about came flying up in the Left lane, probably 75 mph (the speed limit). Didn't realize what it was at first- car whipped out from behind me and cut it off. No problem, it slowed and continued up the highway. I Didn't have time to see if it had a driver or not. It flew by the scale in the Left lane of All Trucks Use Right Lane Only, never slowed, no one followed from the open scale. No control trucks around, just cars- so it probably had a driver, going to another site. Huge sign on tail, saying Autonomous Crash Control Vehicle.

It exists...

I still think when they expand the use of these vehicles, the risk will be a hacker getting control of one, and crashing it into a building,or crowd of people. If they can hack into banks,and large corporations computers,this should be no problem either....

That never crossed my mind and I'm surprised now no one mentioned it.

The last wreck that happened with the navy destroyer that was being thrown around.
