I've noticed over the years that everyone that worked here and quits, wants to come back but can't

Ive noticed this with drivers. The only exception I've seen were supervisors.

Company policy if you quit without a notice you can't be rehired.

We've had several drivers quit and come back at 128 over the years. But yea, they quit with a notice...

Everyone that I know that has quit has gone on to do something else besides trucking...they all say they don't miss the long nights or the driving. I guess if you quit Estes to go drive for someone else I can see guys wanting to come back. I know that when I quit it'll be to get out of a truck period...Estes IMO is the best trucking job that I've had but just fed up with the trucking industry altogether
