Holland | How many years, months, or days do you have left?

We always had an internal clock counting down our time working for this place. Today when you approach senior guys you can pretty much tell they are done with this place.

Common conversation is how much time you have left until you can escape the sinking ship. One common thing that is spoken is the fact that when those who helped build and carry this place leave, the second bench prospects for the future is not to bright.

So how long till you pull the plug? Or have you decided to, or already pulled it?

Most of the people at the terminal I am at ask the senior guys all the time,just so they know when they will move up a spot on the board.
 
We have had 5 guys Retire early because of the extreme cluster fudge B.S. going on lately and 3 guys & a Supervision Quit pass month & requested a manager relocated and for me maybe next year ?? But kinda up to Donna at CRST if she can keep me busy with wk-end runs ??

I am opting for early retirement myself due to the cluster fudge that this company has turned into. Even if I stayed I do not gain much more toward my pension and honestly the way this place is going it may not even be around that long.

Big R, many ask that at my terminal as well for the same reasons. I heard that today when it was said a guy on OJI is done. You heard a few say good now I move up one; not it's a shame that guy sacrificed his health for this place and was hurt due to something that occurred on the job.

Mine is less than 15 days

Partner. I just was talking to Donna,and Big Dave about that the other day. She said if you and I will go full time Gold, she will get us any make and model tractor we want,and will even paint it Holland colors so you will feel special....

I am looking at it in a similar way,T. Am in CS pension with 30 years. I think even if I stayed another 2-3, my pension may not be any better then. Plus I commute 63 miles,one way. Ready to get something close to home...

I know it's seasonal, but winter is just around the corner, Mud will be needing help with the sale of Campground Approved Firewood.
