Kind of surprised no follow up... Also surprise there has been no mention of shifting lanes, re-locations, etc. :idunno:

Heard from two different sources, 16 drivers from Peru (PRU) Must decide whether to relocate or take severance, due to lanes being shifted to new Joliet terminal. Anyone want to confirm or deny?

I can confirm that,Swamp. Talked to some of their road guys just Monday that I know. They said 12-14 road, but city may just stay where it is for now, or possibly lose 2...
 
The CMH meeting was relocating the remington meet with Chicago is now going to meet in Ft wayne to meet the midway drivers. 16 runs were effected at a loss off a 100 miles a day. About a 17k loss in income.
It a 310 mile run now that no one will want and set a terminal back about 10 years.

How can you say no one will want? Maybe not the guys that were meeting Chicago but I'm sure there's some guys at the bottom of the board that would love a daytime run, even if it is only 310 miles...I'd take one, that would give me more time to swing the sticks!! :1036316054:
