Need info from as many barns as I can get. TM told a couple of men and a women that they could not wear sleeveless shirts while at work. Is this company policy everywhere?

Seen it posted in a few carolina terminals ,it's in the summer dress code that they have posted, although I have yet to see anyone enforce it.must be nice to know that's an issue,as we have no other more important issues to deal with as a company other than what someone is wearing.

-15% shirts don't have sleeves tell him and yes like 10 years pre-yrcw we kinda did have a dress code but don't any more , everybody just tells the TM to fire-em or send me home if they don't like it , it's a pretty much now a no rules work policy and nobody can get fired ! We have Driver's daily that tell the supervisor's & TM to F-off right to there face and just walk away & take another 1/2 hour smoke break !

2 sleeves that’s an extra 10% you want to go all the way and add another 5% on and I will even have a a clean one on.
