Yes. One thing floated out there is the employee portal won't be used for open enrollment this time.Has anyone heard anything about when open enrollment will start? Are there any changes coming?

I think everyone has to decide what they feel will best for them. Our area is a mess and theirs a lot of dissatisfaction and apprehension for the future. People do not like what their seeing and what it means for their for their long term future with this company. It's been 2 yrs how long does it take for them to get their act together? If they put half the effort they put into fighting a union into employee engagement they wouldn't have a problem there.
Mr Jacobs missed the ball right from the start. He made a statement when he first bought this company how he couldn't believe the length of employee retention at Con-way. That's because it's something he's not use too. He's not in this for the long haul. The short term gains he's hoping for come at a cost . They did at his former Companies and they will here. Remember his money in his pocket is made from stock gains whatever he can do or say drives potential investors. "I'm going have driverless trucks in 10 yrs" investors see that and say wow he's gonna make a fortune.. I think he has a standing spot on Mad Money. He's got nothing good to offer his day to day people who make it work. If seat are kept filled with the bare minimum in compensation so be it.
Go ahead and wait it out.. but don't have high expectations.
