blah blah blah if we want some lies we know who to talk to or in this case the puppet spewing company talking points. All the stuff you mentioned if it doesn't make us safer in the eye's of congress and they turn the 33 footers down i guess all the gadgets will be taken out of the trucks right? :scratchhead::clappy:
You idiot, company talking points would be to promote the gadgets in the name of safety when in reality it’s about 33’s, has nothing to do at all with safety!! Damn your stupid!!

I doubt it...and if Congress denies the 33 footers...again...you can probably expect to see even more gadgets in our trucks....and no, I’m not promoting more gadgets either...stupid!!

You calling someone else stupid is rich!!!! Your naive and will believe anything your told when your sucking up to boss. Like I have said before cameras don't make our trucks safer and Congress knows it. If they make us safer you wouldn't have had your crash a couple months ago, that would have sent you packing if we still had points system

Wrong on all accounts!!
You are stupid seeing as how we actullay agree on the issue but you’re to stupid to realize it!! If you took the time to comprehend what I write instead of attempting to belittle me with your childish attacks, you would’ve notice it.
You shouldn’t believe everything you’re told, I’ve already debunked your “sources” on many occasions!!
LTL companies (those pushing for 33’s) didn’t have cameras the last time 33’s were discussed in Congress...stupid.
The details of my accident say otherwise, that’s why I wasn’t cited for being at fault...stupid!!
Wrong again, even with the points system I’d still be working, to the dismay of you and several others...stupid.

Your past naive, we did have cameras the last time just not the whole fleet. I never seen a rear end collison where the person who rear ended the cars in front of them wasn't at fault. Your calling me childish and stupid yet your the one calling names and acting childish. You can believe what ever your told about cameras some of us can see past the jiberish and see the truth. When have you ever debunked anything I ever said? Like always you are trying to spin things Cadillac insurance man.

I didn't read the last paragraph of your post. I have said before I didn't want you to loose your job but if we had the points system you would have in fact lost your job. 10 points for dot reportable accident, 3 for each vehicle towed, plus 3 more for injuries if I'm not mistaken. Not to mention if you already had points before accident.

Had you paid attention during those meetings you would have heard them say your first accident/incident would NOT disqualify one from driving regardless of the amount of points accessed from said accident/incident....period.

Sure we didn’t, the first cameras weren’t installed the last time Congress debated the issue. You shouldn’t comment on things you know nothing about, it makes you look stupid...oh wait, too late!! The same truth we both believe...idiot?? Learn to comprehend, I said your “sources”...damn, I even put it in quotations the first time too!!

Consider this my last response to you, idiot!! Well, at least until you can bring something of relevance to the conversation!! :1036316054:

If memory serves me correct, that wasn't part of the initial rollout correct? It came with the first set of amendents did it not? This was after the initial rollout when they realized there was push back from the employees correct?

I may be in the minority here, but I didn't mind the scorecard. My only problem with it was when they made it retroactive five years. I found that extremely unfair to those who had already had passed accident/incidents. The reason being, it's almost like double jeopardy. They are being punished twice for something.

I am the type of person that likes to know where I stand, and I feel like the scorecard afforded me that with the company. It takes out the guessing games and the favoritism

I don't make the correlation between cameras and thirty three feet trailers. I think it's more insurance driven.

Bring the dates up yes we had cameras. I do know what I'm talking about. Your stupid argument doesn't hold water. Go spread your mis information to the other cake eaters that might believe you!!!

They're still using it, it's just not public. That's the reason I said I liked it. I would rather know where I stand versus it being kept private. That's also the reason it was retroactive five years upon rollout, they'd already been keeping score.

I agree, I liked the scorecard too, because it did show where you stand and it also showed how many points each accident would cost you. I didn’t like the 5 year plan though. I think now (correct me if I’m wrong) it’s 3 preventables in a rolling year.

No, it was part of the initial rollout because I asked the question in our meeting concerning this very issue.

I didn’t mind the scorecard either, all it did was place a points value on our already existing policies. The part I did disagree with was that there were no drivers on the review panel but that has since been changed to include drivers. With that being said, who are these drivers they choose to participate in such reviews?? I personally don’t know anyone who’s ever participated in a review.

Because there is not any drivers on that panel friend went through it not long ago.
