New trucks trailers forklifts improvements to terminal equals leverage. They not going to shut the doors with all the debt. If they do god bless them. Eventually each employee is going to man up and fight once in there life.the timing of all this spending is to cry poor at the negotiating table if they have one. Hoffa would sell his own family out. It’s time to stand up and take some control in your career. They have taken all I can give . my family can’t and will not give any more.

How about "new trucks, trailers, forklifts, improvements to terminals" means investment in the tools the company needs to better serve the customer and thereby increase profitability which would mean we would have a better chance of wage increases? Naw, what am I thinking, it's just a big plan to keep our wages low. Yea, that's it.

It’s refreshing to see some insightful thoughts. Anyone with eyes is aware YRCF is simply wasting money on updated REVENUE assets. Capitol improvements are just a ruse, to keep our total benefit package the lowest in the industry.

Triplex, I LOVE your sarcasm. When wages AND benefits are combined, we are still among the best compensated employees in America. Why, after nearly 10 years, those who CHOOSE to remain here keep grousing. It’s time to put their feet where there fingers and mouths are. Go to one of those other carriers and get paid what you feel you are worth.
