A chunk MORE than a Diesel burner. Just the Trailer cost would probably buy a few sleeper units.First wondering what this costs?
If it's Electric, What Fuel Costs? However I think in fuel savings alone it could be affordable over time.
Also the claim of no jackknifing may be a lower insurance payment.
Dry Batteries probably don't vent. If there is a fire and it gets near Wet Style Batteries, KA-BOOM.The other thought I have is in a crash there is no fuel to catch on fire.
Since it's a Electric Truck, H.V.A.C. would not present a problem. Now one of the drawbacks I thought of,when there is a wreck on an interstate in the winter, often times the highways close.
Will there be an auxiliary heater to keep warm,or does the truck have to keep running?
A cab-over with a short nose and ******* DOORS last seen on a 1962 Lincoln Continental.
Cheers!!
I heard it will have an autonomous fireplace built in,with firewood stored under the bunk....First wondering what this costs?

Better stock up when in NM.Only drawback is, must be Campground Approved Firewood only.
Now that we have gone really far off topic, here is my 2 cents on the current discussion.
New York the state where I live has so many laws it is all most impossible to be a law abiding citizen.
Here is one of their many stupid fire wood laws, that states it is illegal to haul fire wood over 50 miles from where it is cut.

Price of the new Musk Truck, $180,000.00, so For A Few Dollars More than a new Peterbilt, someone can get the newest design in Trucking with the shortest distance achievable between "Chargings".
Wail-mart and J.B.Hunt have secured (a unknown amount of) units at $20,000.00 per unit down payments.
Claiming these units are Jackknife-Proof will be challenged in Wet, and Wintry conditions.
What is the TOP Speed? How LONG can it be Maintained?
