Kansas City

Heard a line went up in MN Thursday afternoon for a day too. There's a driver here on WC, doc says he needs hip replacement got a letter in the mail says Sysco denying the claim. Safety mgr here tries to scare people out of filing WC, Sysco denies claims of everybody who does file hoping they'll just go away. Shouldn't need to lawyer up to get med care after you get hurt at work. Sysco KC sucks.

It's a sad state of affairs with which they operate.

Yes, hip, knee, shoulder, back and carpal tunnel, seen many go down around me over the years. Guys thought they were invisible hammering out loads everyday super fast, only to be plagued by injuries years later. They are replaceable the company will do everything they can to deny your WC.
