Given the manpower shortage at Hagerstown I have to say how surprised I am at how smoothly things seem to be running there!
I haven't spent more than 30 minutes running through there since the change of operations.
Anyone else have any different experiences?

One of our guys sat 4 hours last week. T/C freght delayed and missed the 12 noon del time in S.C. Shipper we just got back screaming about it.
Hell of a way to run a railroad!

new hires and probes see how the compane treets the old employees. bids are not good
