Yellow | No money for the sheep

I’m not missing the point.

Above all else, I am teamster proud.

I understand what you are saying.
I have discussed attrition extensively in the past. I have emphasized and projected the fate and future of our aging workforce ad nauseum.

What you are failing to address is your complete unhappiness, and fantasy belief that full compensation will be restored by standing strong.

With so many factors not in our favor, it is unrealistic to assume that we will be fully compensated any time in the near future, unless a broad spectrum of changes come to pass.

The only way I see improvement is returning to the Roadway model of EEFB, before our consummate knowledge is lost. Elimination of the management oligarchy that has failed to change with the times and address the financial, moral and logistical issues we face daily is imperative to our profitability.

Unrealistic expectations by certain factions of the bargaining workforce, as well as shabby work habits, are major contributors to our failures.

If your expectation is returning to full compensation, then it is also your responsibility to perform at the highest level in all aspects, as well as encouraging and demanding all around you to perform at such a level.

As much as you might fantasize, this ain’t your Daddy’s or your Mommy’s Union any more.
Agree , we will never see our -15% back thanks to the sheep , BUT how ever IF they want to be able to HIRE Driver's they need to MATCH non-union pay scale ! And to IF we are so called broke WHY can we continue to pay "BONUSES " and Management full pay sale and award free stock shares to them too ?? point is YRCW has money and they just prefer to keep the DEBT high to control the union sheep period , so in 2019 time to pay up or shut the doors period as they have the money , remember a good CFO company accountant can make the funny numbers look however they want too !!

Very well said.
It will be up to the newbies to carry the torch.
Because any corrections for us and what we gave up will never come back in our lifetimes. And maybe never come back at all.
All I know the older I get the harder IT gets to go in and do what I did at the beginning and up to the merger.
I could go on but just be repeating myself. And I'm boring.
Very well said El. Keep em coming.

Everyone.. Have a safe weekend.

I remember the EEFB program. But not to the content. I was never invited to attend the meetings. Guess I was deemed unworthy?

But, my main office is at Barclays Ltd, Georgetown, Grand Cayman, BWI

We will slow things down this weekend partner, since our Coop Dispatch made us work on Thanksgiving.....

If stock is free and costs the company nothing yet has value why don't they shower the drivers with it?
Agree , this what I've been saying all along is award free stock to the Driver's weekly :1036316054:, like they do for WELCH & is good old boys ! So say like AWARD each Driver 15 stock shares per week , for our -15% :6799: with no restrictions of when we can sell them like Welch does !! :6788:

I'll agree with that but,Didn't we call that ESOP .And how any many do you know that benefited. It should come up as a contract proposal.

15 shares X 52 weeks X 20,000 bargaining unit employees, means 15.6M shares annually.

Your suggestion has just diluted the share price by about 33%.

:duh:
