Stress cracks in the foundationLast two years new TMs - Cincinnati , Florence KY , Columbus , Dayton , Indianapolis - this is just off the top of my head. XCN region has no HR.
There are 3 FACs on this list alone.
Agreed! Although I believe we are at a point of absolute fractures which are breaks. It’s going to come apart at this rate.Stress cracks in the foundation

Stress shows First at the core terminals that do a high volume of business. Outlying terminals that do lower volumes generally run much betterWhy do we always hear stuff on these Northeast terminals. What about all those in the Midwest and Western US?
Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, California, Texas etc..
So you no longer have a TM in Columbus, OH?

I had heard the XSB TM was leaving, but didn't want to say. Is he also gone?XCM XSB I'm sure we are missing some.
I don't think it's going to come apart because the cracks are going to be patched up with new TM's who will do it more the XPO way, whatever that is, part of which involves doing it for far less money than their predecessors.Agreed! I agree “IF” they can find replacements in a reasonable amount of time and their quality people they will find ways to make cuts to do things for even lessI don't think it's going to come apart because the cracks are going to be patched up with new TM's who will do it more the XPO way, whatever that is, part of which involves doing it for far less money than their predecessors.
Changes like what?A TM from our region that I remain friends with but no longer works for this company as of few weeks back maintains Xpo has big changes planned for the latter half of 2018.

I'm sure it's along the lines of what's in the quarterly and yearly calls detailing the direction of the company and and the current state of affairs.Like everything Jacobs has ever said. Phase us out. Phase the more profitable parts of the company in. Move away from next day service and into economy freight. Focus on strengthening last mile and intermodal. More international freight. Money money money. Results matter. All that stuff.
