Just did a little walk a around and what did I find??? Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, Lysol wipes, fork, knives, and spoons. We also have a good amount of WW fluid a half a drum that is now open and a unopened one standing by. The coffee and supplies are well stocked along with hot chocolate. We even have a nice supply of soup for those really cold day on hand. Hell we are still getting our donuts once a week like we always do.
What it sound like to me is some of these TM need to play ahead this has happened every Dec like clock work. Or is it the employees are taking for themselves.

I must work for a different company then you because we never have had doughnuts since i been here and they stopped the soup and hot chocolate when xpo bought us. The TM said everything has to be approved and they won't approved any of that including the lysol wipes and window cleaner

Maybe his TM is just REALLY , REALLY , good with the books.






No , honestly. Maybe his TM is managing better than everyone else....seriously.

Meanwhile , the calendars are on thinner , smaller , sheets , of lower quality paper. And there are less of them.

Sound like your TM what a big bonus this year. It sound like he tell you some BS. How come my barn and some other are still getting this but you aren't

I don’t know about that, but we got doughnuts last week compliments of the new Regional Manager. He was there introducing himself to the drivers. BTW, the old RM retired (officially next month) and was NOT fired. I am NOT, however saying that he (the retiring RM) does not see the writing on the wall.

and just to FYI we are at 132% payout on our bonus for this year at my barn. I guess it would be higher if we stop the doughnuts but the TM like them too.
