ODFL | Driver backs set to dock

I can’t believe all the haters on here. There are times if you live in snow county when it’s actually safer to back in your set at least for dropping an empty. Let the equipment do the work for you. The less you get out and walk around on these icy yards the better. If you can’t do it without damaging equipment then don’t. I’ve worked at C.F Con-way, and YRC before here and I have seen more drivers at OD backing sets then the other places combined. It’s really not as hard as it looks it’s all in not letting your dolley turn too much one way or the other and knowing when to pull up and straighten it out.

What about when Billy shows up with his mower attached to the rear pup with a tow bar,and backs it up into the grass? Anything said about that?
